Elitebook 820 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, sir, I recently bought a used ELITEBOOK 820 G3 and since then I have been having a rather serious problem. As soon as I plug in the power cable, the keyboard lights up and goes out very quickly, the wifi key turns orange and the wifi and hard drive lights stay orange,a few seconds after the fan starts.

The computer remains in this situation as soon as it is under mains or battery power (which discharges in such conditions). As soon as I press the button on the computer starts normally and as soon as I turn it off it returns to the position that I write above, it remains like this forever as soon as it is on mains or battery (until the battery is exhausted).

I hope I'll get a solution from you.
