Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop -15t-ed000 CTO

Hi there...I have an issue with my hp laptop envy x360 convertible, there's the fan is always running and full speed spins, I tried to change the advanced power setting and change thermal in the hp command center but which of those did not affect the fan's speed...How can I fix this if someone tells me???
