Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My hp laptop is not working...even it's not get switch on when i'm trying to switch on my lap since i shutdown it after making some necessory fils...Now, how can i get back my fils...my all things are now gone.How can i switch on my lap again...even i have an important project to do....
