I am a student in Livingstone, Zambia.

Yesterday midnight, I was trying to update my PC from 23H to the new 24H version so I accidentally slept without locking up my door. I woke up around 03hrs and my HP laptop and phone was nowhere to be seen...

I thought one of my friends is having it... I waited until it was 06:00 (early morning) and started asking everyone... And it's nowhere to be seen 🥺...

 

I have reached out to the authorities and the police, so now to you, you're the one who made my laptop and only you knows what to do and how to track it... (I have tried online it's been offline "last updated 22hrs ago")

How can you help me with this...

I have everything, serial number, etc

I understand that your Laptop was stolen and am sorry to hear that.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to find the lost unit.

However, you need to report the incident to your local law enforcement agency.

 

The Law Enforcement authorities should contact HP Security at 1-978-474-3651 or email asig@hp.com if they need any information concerning the lost, found, or stolen unit. This number is only to be used by Law Enforcement.
