Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 Notebook PC (3V2P6AV)

My laptop shows that its charging when it's not. I've only had it for a month. Its starting to drain the battery faster. Sometime it will not charge.

You obviously have a hardware problem. Contact HP to have it serviced.
