Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC

My notebook (HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3) has begun to give short mechanical noise every (about) 6 seconds.  Beside this noise, the notebook computer is still working fine.

What could the cause be, and what would the repair be?
