Product: HP OfficeJet 4650

My son apparently touched something on my printer without me noticing and now every time I’m trying to print something from my phone my printer only prints black pages. This doesn’t happen when I’m trying to copy a page, only when I’m trying to print something from my phone. Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print in color from your phone. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using an Android or an iPhone?
  • If you are able to make copies in color, the setting must have changed on the phone and not on the printer.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your phone

Click here to download and know more about the app.

 

Also, check the ink levels in both the ink cartridges on the printer screen.
