My order got canceled

Omen 15t laptop

I just placed an order for an Omen 15 t laptop this morning and made the payment and it cleared my account, I then received a phone call asking for confirmation about my order and I replied saying yes this is my order to which I was given a response saying I would then get confirmation and tracking details in an email, however I only received an email saying my order was canceled. Please can someone fix this issue.

Are you living in the US and using a credit/debit card from an USA Bank ?
