I need help with this screen.. i dont know what to do

That's not a good message.  It usually means your internal hard drive has failed.

In a desktop, I would suggest opening the case and checking the cable.  For a laptop, I doubt that is the problem.

You can boot into the HP Diagnostics (not sure of the key, but hit ESC and select from menu) and test the hard drive.

Might as well test the RAM (memory) while there too.  Run the long (or detailed) tests.
