My warranty start date is wrong

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Here is what is listed for my Brand New computer:

 

Product Number 2SQ24UT
HP manufacturer/base warranty
Warranty type Manufacturer Warranty
Service type Wty: HP HW Maintenance Offsite Support
Status Active: Covered under Manufacturer warranty, 1 month remaining.
Start Date October 16, 2017
End Date November 19, 2018

 

It was purchased 10-12-2018 and received today, 10-17-2018

I do not have the ability to dispute it.  There isn't a "dispute" button.
