Product: HP Chromebook x360 11 G2 EE
Operating System: Chrome OS

My colleague needs his MyHPSupport activated so he can submit repair tickets for our school district.  Can an HP rep please DM me and I can provide the account details for him and the school district account info.  He is the only one on our team who cannot submit tickets and has had this issues for 9 months.
