Product: HSN-Q20C

Hi - 

 

I'm looking for recommendations for a SSD replacement for my:

HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook (Model:HSN-Q20C)

processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-8565U CPU @1.80GHz

 

I found a bunch online, but not sure when one is compatible with my system. Look for not a very expensive option. Please provide a few if possible.

 

Also, can someone help me understand why every 30min or so, the fan turns on EXTREMELY loud, works for a minute or so and then quiets down - sometimes I dont even have any apps working... how can this be resolved?

I don't know what are you trying to do but from the manual

You have one option to upgrade M.2 SSD to 2TB (or more). You can use

or smaller (capacity).
