Product: HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

Dear sir/madam,

 

MY laptop has damage to the thermal chipset in the motherboard, the HP support team said it will not be covered in the warranty.

 

They closed my ticket without any proper explanation.

 

Does anybody know the escalation support team's email details?
