Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce3606sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When booting up my laptop, I keep getting a warning about needing to replace my battery. i ran the battery test it was cancelled as it could not be found- test ID: Of1ed77a95af My laptop is a HP Pavillion Model 14-ce3606sa. Can someone help me in finding the correct new battery to order?

I use battdepot.ca (there is a US battdepot.com too)

They carry most parts, are reasonable priced.

 

Don't wait, it might swell up and leak.  I'd take out the existing battery ASAP and read the part number and specs.

You can run on A/C power while you wait for the new part
