Hi,
My name is Guilherme Barbosa. I'm Brazilian and an enthusiast of HP products. I'm used to buying my HP laptops in the US.
In the past, I have had an excellent experience with the HP Specter x360 Convertible - Model: 13-ae013dx (S/N# [Personal Information Removed]).
In 2022, I was in the USA again when I bought through Amazon.com on May 21 of that year a new HP Specter x360 Luxury 14T laptop - model: 14t-ea000 (S/N# [Personal Information Removed]). Attached purchase order.
Unfortunately, three months ago this second laptop had a problem while I was working on it. The screen suddenly turned off and it was no longer possible to turn it on again.
I live in São Paulo, so I took the laptop to an HP-authorized service center that serves large companies around here. After analysis, I was informed that the problem was in the motherboard and it was necessary to replace it. They tried to contact HP USA for a month and a half in order to make it possible to import this spare part but they were informed that, as it was a new model, it would not be impossible to export it to other regions abroad.
I took it to another authorized service center that told me the same information.
I’d like to count on HP USA support to solve my problem. I confess to being quite sad about this situation considering that the laptop was in excellent condition /care and the fact that it is a Premium model (high cost).
