Its just disgusting that I am not able to get a keyboard for my laptop. I must book it into Ensureit and they take up to 3 -5 months to get back to you  and to try contact them is no easy feat. Emailed them 10 times no response 

Anyone else in SA got the same problems with HP aftersales service? Pathetic

Hi 

I have had a response from HP Shop in SA but they are not able to offer me any solution. One solution is to contact SPL HP's accredited spares supplier but I had contacted them 10 days ago as i purchase parts from them. They say sorry we cant help.

 

OK next step is??? This is a $2000 laptop cant just write it off because of the keyboard.
