Hi,
I don't know how to enter MEBx console in ZBook 17 G3. I tried looking in BIOS for anything about management, IME, AMT, MEBx, no luck. Tried pressing F6 during boot and nothing happened (system just loaded). Tried pressing CTRL+P and that didn't work either. I don't have ME option in the list when I click ESC after restart. I don't have "Remote Management Options" in BIOS->Advanced. I have password for BIOS set up properly.
I updated BIOS to 01.59, installed drivers from Intel page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/682431/intel-management-engine-drivers-for-windows-... installed drivers for IME (sp143121.exe) I found on the internet. My CPU is i7-6820HQ and Intel page says it supports Intel vPro.
OS is Windows 10 x64
HP Support Assistance doesn't find new drivers. It also says that I have installed Intel(R) Management Engine Components - Intel Corporation - 2238.3.31.0.
Serial number: CND8500X5B
Product number: 4WD35UC#ABZ
Can you please help? Is there some driver I missed or some option to be enabled? Can I verify if this laptop has everything for IME in place?
Thanks!
