Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have HP 245 G7 Notebook Laptop. (Location - India) The firmware (BIOS/UEFI) is now v F.75 3/20/2025. This is the latest BIOS.

 

I am surprised to find that the very basic Power management function like Wake-On-LAN is just not available in the BIOS.

While the network card fully supports WOL in its OS (Windows 10) settings, it's useless without support from BIOS.

 

I request the HP technical community to consider including Power management functions in the Firmware as a feature update in subsequent BIOS releases.
