No updates alert from "HP Support <alerts@alerts.hp.com>" since few weeks

Hello,

I'm registred on HP website to be advice when BIOS or drivers updates is available.

In the past HP support sent  to me regularly an email but since a few weeks, there's no email anymore about theses updates.

Can you tell me if it's still possible to receive these kinds of alert from HP Support <alerts@alerts.hp.com> ?

If yes, how van I do ?

It's possible there are no recent Alerts for your system type -- it can happen.

Try opening the direct link to the Security Bulletins (links later in this message).

What else?

Check for Alert Updates using a manual check method for your device.

I need to follow up a lot of different models, so I can't check each pages separately.

That's why it helpful to receive an email with all updates from my device list.

Do you have a link pointing to a page where I can register my list of devices in order to receive an alert by email when an update is available like previously ?

The subscription link does seem to be a dead end.  🐀

Query has been submitted -- At some point, we should hear back or the links should start working.

Open HP -  Security Bulletins

The search mechanism works -- it is unforgiving about keyword phrasing.

Key phrase search will not find those documents lacking the key phrase but might be relevant in a general sense.

No news.

Should there be a simple solution - or any solution beyond what we still have - getting news from the "internal machine" is not always easy when asking from the outside.

Fortunately, using Search on HP - Security Bulletins website appears to work.

Granted, doing the work ourselves is less convenient.

Searching the database once a week should do it.

If that is not doable for any reason, grab a nearby college student who is studying Computer Science --

Ask about options and which method might provide you a solution you like.

If I hear back, I will post back.

If I run across something prepackaged and easier, I will post back.

That's odd because the other manufacturers like Dell or Lenovo we can subscribe for email alerts.

That's avoid to waste a lot of time.

I hope that HP restore this features as before.
