Non HP battery detected

HP ProBook 430 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought HP ProBook 430 G6 laptop 6 months ago. It was working fine until a month ago the battery stopped charging. I took it HP service center because the laptop is under warranty. They have diagnosed and told me they will change the battery. They ordered a new battery from HP and replaced it but even with new battery the laptop is not changing the battery. We went into HP Diagnostics (F2) Component Test, Power, Battery. When we run the test it report "Non-HP Battery Detected".


We have update the BIOS, made a Cold reset but still the problem still persisted unresolved. Before changing the system board is there anything else we should do? Has anyone faced this issue? Thanks.
