Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X86AV)

I have Purchased Laptop from company website on 16th Oct 23. Company has not delivered 2 year extended warrenty and 3 year anti virus . I have contact customer care I have contacted redeem now . I got no resolution . My anti virus trial pack has already expired . I am calling HP custmer care numbers and writing to redeem now from last 10 days .
