Notebook - 250 G5 vs G6

250 G6 (1WY24EA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Can anyone please explain why the 250 G5 model notebook allows up to 16GB total system memory whereas the newer G6 model only allows up to 8GB memory??

Also can anyone please explain why on the G6 the \ key has been moved to allow for a larger shift key and replaced the ctrl key on the right hand side of the space bar - thefore following the US rather than UK keyboard layout.

One appears to be a backward step and the other a snub to the UK market.

Maybe it's time to look for another h/w supplier.

Sorry but my personal opinion that HP 250 G6 Notebook PC is nice.

Look all the extra M.2's you can add.
