we have a lot of HP ProBook 640 G4 with Windows 10 - 64bit.
Some of these, at startup the screen stuck at the HP logo screen ("protected by HP Sure Start").
It's necessary force shutdown by hold the power button for at least five seconds.
I can run System Diagnostics (PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI) and it passed all tests, also I have update bios (Q83 - 1.02.05) but randomly problem persists.
Can anyone help?

from a diagnostics perspective, i would start by setting BIOS settings to factory default... are the systems that work all the time and the ones that don't imaged the same and with the same updates and drivers?
i would also run HP Image Assistant on one of the failing units and see if it suggestes any updates
