I hope this email finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Eureka Electronic Company, an authorized retailer of HP products. We have a customer who purchased an HP laptop from us and has been experiencing some issues with the device. As an authorized HP retailer, we provided the customer with a technical report within the first month of purchase, recommending a replacement of the device.
However, the customer has expressed interest in changing to a different model, but unfortunately does not have the box required to initiate the replacement process with the supplier. As a result, we are reaching out to you for support in resolving this issue for our loyal HP customer.
We have already reached out to Sofia and the supplier for Kuwait, but we kindly request your assistance in expediting the replacement process for our customer. We value our partnership with HP and are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers.
