Product: HP ProDesk 400 G7 Small Form Factor PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was running SolidWorks 2016 when I suddenly got an error message saying it was out of memory and was terminating.

Went to power, restart and it started to restart and then black screen.  Unplugged, wited 5 minutes and tried again.

One beep and then nothing.

 

Chatted with HP Support who said they were opening an on-site repair case.  That was last Thursday and I've heard nothing from them.
