Operating System: Chrome OS

I have one HP Elite Dragonfly Chromebook, which is a 3y3y3y warranty device, but I found it only has one year warranty in my registered device page.

Hello,

 

If your PC is a brand new one and recently purchased, then you should have 3 year warranty. If this is the case, please, contact HP Support department, log a case with them and provide them with a proof of purchase so that they can adjust the warranty status in the HP online system.
