HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4S0R5AV)

My laptop has been sent off to Poland for repair.  I have had various issues along the way, from UPS not bringing a box or providing a receipt for the notebook to the fact that it has now been sat with the rapair team in Poland since 21st March and I cannot get anyone to find out why Poland have not contacted me with a repair quote for 'customer damage'.  But the point of my post here is that I have recorded all these things every time I have opened a customer chat, where is all that information?  The screen information says 'write notes at any time and come back to see updates' - I can see nothing except my case number and the fact that a case is open. 

 

Am I missing something? Where is the actual information about my case that shows all the issues I have encountered and my chats with the Cusomter Service team?     And does anyone have a postal address for sending in a complaint?
