HP Recommended

This is the first product I have ever purchased from HP and may be the last if this is not resolved. I ordered an Omen desktop PC through PayPal guest checkout and I noticed that my address didn't include my apartment number. No big deal. I went to call support and have it updated when they told me my order does not exist. They asked for my order #, I realized I did not get any confirmation email or order # at all. The money was taken out of my PayPal regardless and is shown as pending. They could not find my order with my name or address listed at all. I really need to know if my order exists and if not, I need this money back ASAP as it was pretty expensive.

HP Recommended

I had a similar problem with HP regarding a Care Pack purchase. Just report the issue to PayPal. They will investigate, and have the money returned to you.
