I made TWO ATTEMPTS to purchase Envy X 360 laptops on 22nd Dec 2019 and my orders were declined. Tried using both Debit and credit cards. COMPLETE Amounts were blocked in both the cards by HP and still now not released by HP. Can anyone please help me out with the issue.
