Hello,

I am sorry about your issue.

It is a common nowadays based on the how credit card authorization system works. It has happened to me many times even in the past year. For example, yesterday I went to an ATM to get some cache. At the end it did not give me any money but the device reported an error. I received a text message on my phone that the money were withdrawn from my account but at the same time no money were given. 30 minutes later I received another text message informing me that the operation has been reversed. Sometimes money appear to be deducted but up to 24 hours they should be returned. Especially if you used a credit card (and not an ATM card or debit card), money are just locked on authorization and not taken.

I would recommend that you wait 24 hours and check with your online banking system or with your bank. If you still have the issue, you may comment with the bank or reach to local HP Customer Support >> https://support.hp.com/sg-en/contact-hp
