Order delivery through HP online shopping portal India

I placed an order for HP Notebook-15s-dr1000tx , headphone and mouse,(Order no 101300000438340) on 25/5/2020 from the HP online shopping portal which was and is still mentioning that delivery will be done in 4 days. All payments was done upfront. Till date  ie after 15 days, there is no trace of the material and the call centre /helpline team is just giving false information saying will come back after 48hrs/72hrs/24hrs which they never do. No information of delivery for the material.

1. Is this how you have faced also in this community?

2. I would like to know and what is the next step that I can do as I am facing a lot of problem on this account?

I could have procured a laptop from some where else much earlier than this.
