i'm really sad because the laptop I wanted went out of stock, and it was in stock a few hours before I ordered.
I've been saving for it for so long. It's the HP ENVY x360 Convert 15-eu0097nr
It has all the specs I want .. Will HP know when available again... I have to order before the end of July. Is it possible if I call, they may have 1 in one of their warehouses that they didn't know about..?
Thanks,

I am sorry you are stuck.
The actual answer:
You must contact the HP Store in your region - our Community is not a sales (or any business) department and we have absolutely no contact with the store or influence over the process.
HP Online Store – USA
Store/HP.com USA Sales

Commentary
I know how you feel - I waited for a long time for a new workstation to be available"exactly as wanted" - found it, hesitated, and lost it. Next build (it is a custom order) for a unit that is "mostly" what I want is November 2021. Admittedly, it's pretty specialized - most people don't go to this extreme when ordering (or hesitating or order) a computer.
There is a world wide shortage of critical parts (we all know this).
It is driving both customers and companies nuts.
We cannot possibly know if the Store is holding out - I would guess the answer is categorically NO.
As to whether there is a lost computer of the exactly the type you want hiding somewhere in the warehouse - the chances of this are pretty slim, though not impossible. The problem is no one knows what they don't know.
What else?
Personal Opinion:
Consider moving up to a Business class system.
If you are going to order a custom system, it makes sense to go "up" and get more than settle for less.
