Product: 524Z3EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
I got a zbook 15 G8 524Z3EA in summer and have issues with it, it seams to be overheating quite often and when this happens it often results in a BSOD.
Running GPU intensive tasks also results in thermal throttling.
Now its the deepest winter and it still overheats, so there must be a problem.
I noticed that it tends to get temp problems while the fans are still on silent, so the active cooling kicks inn far to late,
are there any settings i could change or is that a known issue for which a firmware update would be available?
Or is this an indication of a hardware defect, not functioning heat pipe, or something?
cheers
Dr. Geyer
