Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (1W798AV)

Hi Guys, my Pavilion x360 convert is froze on login screen. When I turn it off and on, the same login screen opens. I tried for its battery to die, charged it and turned it on, but it still displays the same screen where I am suppose to enter the login details. The mouse works, the username is entered already, but I can't click on password or restart or anywhere on the screen. I have tried using other mouse and keyboard but still the same. What else can I do?
