HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-aa0000 (7M3L4AV)

I sent my laptop in for repair through HP's service, but now they are claiming they never received the package. I have proof from FedEx, including a signature confirmation, that the package was delivered and signed for. It's frustrating to deal with a company that ignores clear evidence and leaves customers in limbo. I expect better communication and accountability from HP, especially when it comes to handling important repair items. I paid for the best warranty package, I paid over 3 grand for my laptop not even a year ago and this is how they handle they're mistakes. Is anyone else receiving this kind of treatment?
