Product: HP Elite X2 1012 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Two three days back in my Widows login I was not getting option for Finger Print based Authentication. I tried checked for the issue in HP support Application in my HP Elite X2 1012 G2 notebook. After power off when I powered on my device again.. I was getting Power on Authentication Screen.. I never ever even tried to set up any such password.. However I tried my Windows login and all my figures and I never went ahead of this power authentication screen. 

I tried searching on this forum but no one ever said how this problem was solver.. I am surprised so many people are complaining about his issue and there is not even a single solution.. My notebook is in warranty and I am expecting support from HP. 

Please Help
