Power on Noteboke through Dockingmonitor

HP Recommended
Probook 470 G5, EliteDisplay E243d
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've got a installation with a Probook 470 G5 notebook and a EliteDisplay E243d display. They're connect via USB-C (Display, Charging). Is it possible to start the notebook (while closed) by using the keyboard, mouse or display?

Many thanks
