Product: HP ProBook 650 G4 Notebook PC

HO ProBook 650 G4 Notebook.  Cooling fan runs constantly for long periods of time.  This appears to only be when pugged into power i.e. when laptop is removed from docking station it stops.  I have tried everything suggested: Cleaning, BIOS update, Disabling Startup items, Changing power settings, Maximizing storage.  It usually happens from startup so I assume it is not cooling related.  Ironically it seems to happen under cooler ambient temperatures.
