Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

My brand new ProBook G6 is occasionally crashing.

Crashing means: Black screen, no power (like pulling the plug), sometimes a black screen with error messege regarding disk.

Generally crashing when nobody is working on it, the energy settings are set to: never go to sleep.

I did:

* Checked the disk (It has a single disk, SSD). All OK.

* RAM checked. All OK.

* Battery check. ALL OK.

* BIOS and driver update. All up to date.

* Win Update. All up to date.

* Checked the event logs: Nothing really specific. A few "power failures", but not really relevant.

Any ideas where this is coming from?

Thanks 🙂
