Hi, I am from Bangladesh. I buy a laptop in September 2020 from my local official retailer and service provider listed on hp website. According to hp my laptop has 3 years of warranty. Which is written bottom of my product. And my support assistant app and hp warranty check server showing that my warranty still active till September 2023. But unfortunately, when I bought the laptop the sells man misspells the warranty period on the invoice to 730 days, which i didn't notice at the first place. And now when my keyboard problem appears I contract to the retailer and they refuse to provide warranty of my laptop, because according to their invoice my warranty is expire in September 2022.
Now, according to hp my laptop has 3 years warranty. On the hp warranty check server and my support assistant app still showing that I'm under warranty. What should I do now. I want some advice asap.
