Hello guys! My name is Paulo, I'm from Brazil, I'm a support analyst in IT, working at Volkswagen Brazil, and I'm having problems with the equipment of some collaborators where I work, when they meet in teams with the headset both on usb and 2.5mm phone connector, sound does not appear, have to do configuration in the application, because the application immediately recognizes the dockstation, and when it removes the dockstation, the configuration resets and the developer has to be configuring the application every time, is there any solution to this case?
