Hallo Community
Ich habe ein Problem mit der Auflösung von externen Monitoren über eine Dockingstation. Ich habe ein HP EliteBook 830 G7 177B7EA, sowie eine HP USB-C Docking Essential G5. Zusätzlich habe ich zwei externe HP Monitore E273q. Ich möchte gerne die beiden Monitore mit der 2560x1440 Auflösung betreiben. Das Notebook nutze ich nicht als zusätzlichen Monitor, der Deckel ist geschlossen. Leider wird diese Auflösung nur bei einem Monitor angezeigt, beim zweiten nur 1280 x 720. Ich habe schon vieles probiert: sämtliche Treiber sind aktuell, ich habe beide USB-C-Ports am Notebook versucht, ich habe die Kabel ausgetauscht sowie über HDMI und Displayport getestet. Leider ohne Erfolg.
Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?
