Microsoft Windows 11

Hallo,

Danke!

Alex

Hello,

Every time a Windows 11 update is installed, the computer freezes during boot. The HP Wolf Security logo appears on the screen and nothing else happens.

The computer only restarts after a hard shutdown and then a restart.

On Friday, it also displayed: "Preparing automatic repair." After the repair, the computer restarted but with a message that Windows Update was partially blocked due to boot issues.

Is HP Wolf Security the cause? What's the problem?

Thanks!

Alex
