Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Good morning, when I try to install any application, it fails. When I tried to install Chrome, I had to run the installer three times. Even though the app was finally installed, it doesn't work properly. I ran windows memory diagnostic but with low results. He just said I have some hardware problems. I've tried removing a ram slot, swapping disks but the problems still remain. I don't know if it's a bus problem and I have to give up and buy another pc
