Probook 440 G8 Keycap took off, didnt go back straigt, tried fixing, broke hinge
Took 2nd off to make picture since 1st i left at repair shop to try find similar
Now 2nd one is also not holding straigta
So they when once taken off something so small changes a bit form and top of hinge is not holding over top
Keycap hold on hinge correct but hinge top is not on board anymore

Hello.
If a key came loose, they are just pressed down - carefully, but with some force - into the keyboard until they snap into place.
If the keyboard has broken key cap holders, there's very little one can do except replace the whole keyboard. Keys can be remapped, so if you have keys which are totally unused, you could assign them to U and I letters if you can't have the keyboard replaced. Or use an external keyboard.
Key caps are not sold separately, so the keyboard needs replacement. Scavenging parts from broken laptops is of course commendable and if you can find proper key caps, kudos to you!
