Probook 440 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a Probook 440 G7, i5 -10210U with 16GB RAM + 16GB intel optane, ssd 256gb.

Randomly turning the computer on or restarting it turns the screen black and makes three long beeps and three short beeps. I turn it off by pressing the start button for 10 seconds and after two or three times, it turns back on correctly. You have Windows 10 Professional 64b. The equipment is only 4 days old, it is new .... I don't know what to do

Thanks

i recommend you run HP Image Assistant and update the BIOS and drivers... if that doesn't help, then i encourage you to call HP Support and get the unit fixed

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

When HP changed your laptop for the motherboard issue, did you have to send in your hard drive and memory too?
