Probook 4431s
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi Team,

My probook 4431s is continuosly rebooting and after reboot i find that it happens due to a BSOD.

I have used Bluescreenview software to diagnose the issue and found that it is happening due to driver "dxgkrnl.sys".

I have updated Windows and updated my BIOS to latest version (68SRR Ver. F.63) . This happens when i am playing any videos or using my internet briwser extensively. I have a feeing that this might be bacause of my graphics card.

Also considering my graphics card i am little bit confused. I had previously installed below graphics driver on my laptop

Version:- 8.91-111013A-132348C link:- http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55501-56000/sp55947.exe

After installing this isee my two graphics card as Intel HD graphics and Radeon HD 7470M

But since i was worried due to BSOD reboots i tried downgrading to a lower version and installed below version from HP drivers website.

Version:- 8.91-111013A-128465C link:- http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55304.exe

After installing this isee my two graphics card as Intel HD graphics and Radeon HD 6490. WHY? why graphics card model changes here.

Althought main issue is BSOD event and event caused by that.  I am attaching snaps  as well.

Please can anyone offer help here.
