Hi, David:

When I enter the serial number you posted in the warranty check site, I get a 'please enter a valid serial number' error.

When I change the last character in the serial number you posted from a zero to a letter O, I get a different message which accepts the serial number, but then asks me to enter the product number (which I don't have).

So, enter the serial number 5#######O (the last character being a letter O), and enter the product number, and your notebook should show up.

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
