I did supply both the S/N & the P/N in the Header of my Request and it got Cutoff.

Yes the serial number will be removed by the Moderators as it is considered private info

So the product number giver the actual model which is DV5-1004AX

as you can see here

Here i google searched for specs for DV5-1004ax as they are no longer available on HP site

I can assure you that my HP Pavilion Laptop is dv6 1004AX and the Serial Number and Part Number, previously given, as taken from the Sticker on the Rear of the machine. It is NOT dv5 as suggested.

Regards
