HP 15 laptop

Bought a custom made HP 15 laptop which will be delivered in next month with a visa card and the amount has been deducted from my account. But in my hp account it's said that the order has been cancelled. Also the email message also says that the amount has been held and will be released after some days with the order number . Am confused as whether the transaction has gone through and I will receive the item.

 have also contacted my bank to verify why the deduction took place but HP hasn't gotten hold of the amount yet. Thank you very much for your support and concern.
